At LiyanaHomeTech, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with the service provided or have any concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and, if valid, arrange a free rework to resolve the issue.

Requests or complaints received after our 30-day service warranty period will not be eligible for rework or support.

As we operate in a service-based industry, we are unable to offer monetary refunds. Instead, we ensure that any valid service-related issue is addressed promptly through rework or corrective action.

  • If a customer directly contacts a technician and books the service without going through LiyanaHomeTech, we will not be responsible for any issues arising from that service, and such cases will not be covered under our warranty or support policy.
